Gary was one of my best friends in high school.  Gary had a dry wit and was very talented.  I was always in awe.  I lost track of him after high school and I understand that he went through a difficult  time. He was good at working with young people and coached many after high school.  Unfortunately he had an ugly cancer that was deadly and he was gone at a very young age.  I heard about his funeral from his cousin and I was able to attend.  I miss the opportunity to talk to him.

Gary was a true friend, we spent hours together in Jr High and HS. Being a locker buddy with Gary ultimately lead me to meet my wife as I was trying to line him up with her at a Skyline b-ball game. His laugh along with his friendship are dearly missed.
